摘要
目的 研究羟丙基壳聚糖(HPCS)与 Tw-20、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)在 1 mol/ L HCl 溶液中对Q235 钢的协同缓蚀作用。 方法 进行 Q235 钢试片在 1 mol/ L HCl 溶液中的腐蚀试验,通过失重法、动电位极化和电化学交流阻抗技术,分析 HPCS 及其与 Tw-20,SDBS 复配的缓蚀效果与机理。 结果 低浓度条件下,HPCS 的缓蚀性能并不显著,100 mg/ L 时的缓蚀效率仅为 63. 03% ,添加 0. 2 mg/ L Tw-20 可使 50mg/ L HPCS 的缓蚀效率从 51. 73% 提高到 90. 75% 。 当 HPCS/ Tw-20 / SDBS 以 50,0. 2,20 mg/ L 复配时,缓蚀效率高达 93. 77% ,由于同时具备了非离子型和阴离子型表面活性剂的优点,其在 60 ℃ 时缓蚀效率仍保持在 71. 11% 。 结论 Tw-20,SDBS 对 HPCS 具有良好的协同缓蚀作用,HPCS/ Tw-20 和 HPCS/ Tw-20 / SDBS 复合缓蚀剂均为混合型缓蚀剂,作用机理为“几何覆盖效应冶。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the synergistic inhibition effects of HPCS, Tw-20 and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) on the corrosion of Q235 steel in 1 mol/ L HCl solution. Methods The corrosion experiments of Q235 steel specimens im- mersed in 1 mol/ L HCl solution were carried out. Using static weight loss method, polarization techniques and electrochemical im- pedance spectroscopy (EIS), the inhibition performance of HPCS and its composites were analyzed. Results HPCS had a low inhi- bition efficiency when acted alone at a relatively low concentration, and it reached the highest inhibition efficiency of only 63. 03% when it acted alone with a concentration of 100 mg/ L. The inhibition efficiency of HPCS and Tw-20 increased to 90. 75% with a concentration ratio of 50 mg/ L : 0. 2 mg/ L, while the inhibition efficiency was only 51. 73% when HPCS acted alone with a con- centration of 50 mg/ L. The inhibition efficiency of HPCS/ Tw-20 / SDBS reached 93. 77% with a concentration ratio of 50 mg/ L : 0. 2 mg / L : 20 mg / L, with the advantages of both non-ionic surfactant and anionic surfactant, it could maintain a relatively high inhibition efficiency of 71. 11% at 60 ℃ . Conclusion Tw-20 and SDBS had a strong synergistic effect on corrosion inhibition with HPCS. And the compound inhibitors, HPCS / Tw-20 and HPCS / Tw-20 / SDBS, were both mixed-type corrosion inhibitors, the in- hibitor mechanism of which was coverage effect
