摘要

目的 提高电弧喷涂锌铝合金涂层中 Al 的含量。 方法 用纯铝丝和 Zn80 Al20 合金丝在 Q235钢表面制备 Zn-Al 伪合金涂层,通过中性盐雾试验和电化学试验,与纯铝涂层和 Zn-Al 合金涂层进行对比,分析比较三种涂层在氯离子存在环境中的腐蚀行为。 结果 Zn-Al 伪合金涂层表现出了较高的活化能力和较低的腐蚀速度。 结论 Zn-Al 伪合金涂层的耐蚀性能优于纯铝涂层和 Zn-Al 合金涂层。

Abstract

Objective To enhance the Al content in the Zn-Al pseudo-alloy coating. Methods Zn-Al pseudo-alloy coating was prepared using aluminum and Zn80Al20 alloy by arc spraying on Q235 steel substrates. Salt spray test and electrochemical experiments were employed to compare the corrosion resistance behavior of the Zn-Al pseudo-alloy coating with the pure Al coating and Zn-Al alloy coating in chloride environments. Results The Zn-Al pseudo-alloy coating showed high activation capability and low corrosion rate. Conclusion The Zn-Al pseudo-alloy coating had higher corrosion resistance than the pure Al coating and Zn-Al alloycoating.
