摘要
为解决镁合金工件在加工过程中短期存放时容易发生腐蚀的问题,在相对湿度 80% 和温度 50℃ 的湿热条件下,对比了 F35 防锈油、KH69 硅烷和 KH460 硅烷对 AZ31 镁合金的防护效果。 结果表明:KH69 硅烷处理后的镁合金经过 15 天的湿热试验,未出现肉眼可见的腐蚀,在显微镜下也只观察到轻微点蚀,与 F35 防锈油的防锈性能相当,且轻微的沉淀对其防锈性能影响不大;KH460 硅烷处理镁合金也可获得良好的耐蚀性,但不及 KH69 硅烷。
Abstract
In order to solve the corrosion problem of magnesium alloy workpiece in the machining process for short-term storage, the protective effect was compared between samples of the F35 anti-rust oil, KH69 and KH460 silane in the environmental conditions of 80 % humidity and 50 ℃ temperature. Results show that the magnesium alloy treated with KH69 silane tested for 15 days have no visible corrosion pitting, even under the microscope only minor corrosion pitting, whose anti-rust performance is equivalent to the anti-rust oil F35 , and the slight precipitation of KH69 silane has little effect of its anti-rust properties; The magnesium alloy treated with KH460 silane also have good performance, but less than the KH69 .
