摘要

采用正交试验方法,以膜层接触电阻为评价指标,优选了化学氧化工艺参数,即:槽液温度 25 ℃ ,氧化时间 5 min,pH 值 1 . 63 。 采用优选的工艺参数对铝合金试样进行化学氧化处理后,膜层的接触电阻和耐蚀性能测试均满足要求。 同时讨论了前处理条件( 碱洗、酸洗出光) 、化学氧化条件( 溶液温度、氧化时间、pH 值) 以及后期干燥温度对膜层质量的影响。

Abstract

This study using orthogonal test method, employing the film contact resistant as the evaluation criteria, optimized the parameters of the chemical oxidation:solution temperature was 25 ℃ , oxidation time was 5 minutes and pH value was 1 . 63 . And the film contact resistant and anti-corrosion character were both acceptable, using the optimized parameters to process the test piece of aluminum alloy. And discussed the influence to the film quality by some of the key parameters, such as the pretreatment means ( alkaline cleaning、 pickling ) , chemical conversion means ( solution temperature, oxidation time, pH value ) and dryness temperature.
