摘要
在同等条件下,通过溶胶-凝胶法,制备了四种稀土离子掺杂的镍基复合铁氧体 NiAyFe2-yO4( A为 Ce,Nd,La 或 Y,y = 0 . 1 ) 。 对粉末的结构和磁性能进行表征,结果表明:四种离子掺杂后,均能形成在室温条件下具有超顺磁性的镍基铁氧体粉末,Y3+掺杂可以形成纯净的镍基铁氧体。 对粉末的电磁性能进行表征,结果表明:掺杂后,铁氧体的复介电常数实部 着忆和虚部 着义在 2 ~ 18 GHz 增大,尤以 La3+掺杂的效果最为明显;与未掺杂的样品相比,四种离子掺杂的样品复磁导率实部 滋忆和虚部 滋义均减小,在 2 ~ 18 GHz,四种样品的复磁导率实部 滋忆先急剧减小,后逐渐增大;掺杂离子的半径和掺杂量对电磁参数的改变起主要作用。
Abstract
The binary nickel composite ferrite NiAyFe2-yO4( A = Ce,Nd,La,Y,y = 0 . 1 ) were prepared under the same condition via sol-gel method. The structure and magnetic property of powder were characterized. The results show that the replacement of four kinds of ions can form super paramagnetic nickel-based ferrite powder at room temperature. Y3+deping can form pure nickel-based ferrite. After the ions replacement, 着义 and 着义 of the ferrite samples has increased during 2 ~ 18 GHz,especially La3+doping is obvious effect . The real part of complex permeability 滋忆 and imaginary part 滋义 of the four samples being replaced by Ce3+,Nd3+,La3+,Y3+has little change compare with NiFe2O4during 2 ~ 18 GHz. The radius of the dopant ions and the doping amount of the change of electromagnetic parameters play a major role.
