摘要

铝丝精制对 AlCl3-EMIC 离子液体镀铝有重要影响。 对 AlCl3 和 EMIC 摩尔比为 2 : 1 的 AlCl3-EMIC 离子液体进行铝丝精制,分析了铝丝精制对镀液的黏度、电导率和伏安曲线影响。 用两电极恒电流法对铜基体进行室温镀铝,考察了铝丝精制对铝丝和铝镀层形貌及组成的影响。 结果表明,经铝丝精制后,镀液黏度和电导率无明显变化,而电流效率和镀层质量有显著提高;镀液经 168 h 精制后,可以得到致密、结合好的铝镀层。最后对铝丝精制的作用机理进行了讨论。

Abstract

The refinement of AlCl3-EMIC ionic liquid with Al wires is important for the Al-deposition. The refinement of acidic AlCl3-EMIC (2 : 1 ) was studied. The effect of refinement on the viscosity, electronic conductivity and cyclic voltammograms of the ionic liquid analyzed. The galvanostatic electrodeposition of Al on Cu was carried out using a two-electrode system. The effects of refining Al wire on surface morphologies and components of Al wires and electrodeposited Al coatings were examined. The results show that the viscosity and electronic conductivity vary little after the refinement, however, the current efficiency and Al-coating quality increased. After a 168 h-refinement, a dense and adhesive aluminum coating can be electrodeposited. The mechanism of the refinement was also discussed.
