摘要

采用 Pechini 方法加入不同柠檬酸量,制备 Ru-Ir-Ti / Ti 氧化物阳极。 并通过 SEM 及 XRD 考察了涂层的微观形貌和相结构;采用极化曲线、循环伏安测试及强化电解寿命试验等方法,研究了阳极的析氯电催化活性和稳定性。 结果表明:柠檬酸加入量对 Ru-Ir-Ti / Ti 氧化物阳极涂层的表面形貌有着很大的影响;阳极的强化电解寿命随着柠檬酸加入量的增加而降低,阳极析氯活性先增加后减小。

Abstract

The oxide anode of Ru-Ir-Ti / Ti were prepared by pechini method by the different amount of citric acid. The microstructure , distribution of element and phase structure of the anode coating were studied with SEM, XRD. The chlorine evolution electric catalytic activity and stability of the anode were studied by the chlorine evolution polarization curves, cyclic voltammetry and accelerated life test . The results show that the amount of citric acid has great effects on the surface morphology of the Ru-Ir-Ti / Ti oxide anode coating; With the increase of the addition amount of citric acid, accelerated life life gradually reduced, anode chlorine evolution activity first increases, then decreases.
