摘要
对LY12铝合金表面进行高能电子束轰击改性处理,结果表明,合金表面出现熔坑,随轰击次数增加,熔坑数量减少,但直径变大。XRD分析得出,处理后,改性层中存在α-Al和第二相CuMgAl2,CuAl2,重熔层再结晶有择优取向。电化学腐蚀实验显示,经过轰击处理后,自腐蚀电位可从-626.92mV 提高到-523.33mV,自腐蚀电流由1.09×10-7 A 降低至3.12×10-9 A,耐腐蚀性能有明显提高。
Abstract
The results that modification on LY12 aluminum alloy surface by high current pulse electron beam (HCPEB)indicate that there are many pits on LY12 aluminum alloy surface, the number of melting pit decrease and the diameter get bigger with the time of irradiation increasing. According to XRD analysis, some phrase such as α-Al,CuMgAl2 and CuAl2 are found in the melted layer treated by HCPEB and the melted layer recrystallization have preferred orientation. The result of electrochemical corrosion experiment show that the LY12 samples after treatment have better corrosion resistance than the matrix, corrosion potential increases from - 626.92mV to - 523.33mV and corrosion current decreases from 1.09×10-7 A to 3.12×10-9 A, corrosion resistance is improved obviously.
