目的 解决集油管材界面润湿性与黏油性的不确定性问题。方法 选用吉庆页岩油与采出水分别为试验液体与预润滑液体，采用接触角测定仪和改进的沾滴试验装置，分别测定2种页岩油与采出水在普通钢管、涂层钢管和柔性管及其水预润滑或锈蚀后的接触角与黏油量。结果 普通钢管锈蚀前后水相接触角为52.5°和124.5°，锈蚀后的水相接触角增大72.0°，润湿性由亲水性转变为疏水性，油相接触角及润湿性则相反。3种管材表面的油、水接触角及黏油量随温度升高均表现出不同程度的减小，涂层钢管的亲油性受温度影响最显著，在151#井和020#井页岩油的油相接触角分别由104.0°、110.1°降至43.8°、46.1°，黏油厚度分别减小1.45 mm和1.16 mm。预润滑使3种管材的亲水性增强、亲油性减弱、油相黏附量降低，其中涂层钢管预润滑使151#井和020#井页岩油的黏壁厚度分别减小1.35、1.13 mm。涂层钢管通过升温或预润滑可改善页岩油的润湿性及流动摩阻。进一步分析固体表面能和黏附功与接触角的关系发现，随着固体材料表面能和黏附功的增大，固-液之间的接触角减小。结论 测试分析不同因素对集油管道流固界面接触角和黏油性的影响规律，为油田集输管材基于润湿性与黏油性的比选提供基础数据与参考，从而极大减少了集输过程中的能量损失。

The work aims to solve the uncertain problem of interface wettability and adhesion of oil gathering pipe. The contact angle between two kinds of shale oil and three kinds of pipes under the effect of temperature, water pre-lubrication, rust, surface energy and adhesion work was tested by a contact angle tester. The adhesion of two kinds of shale oil and produced water in steel pipe, coated steel pipe, and flexible pipe was tested under conditions of water pre-lubrication or temperature change with an improved drop test device. The results showed that the contact angle and the amount of adhesive oil between the three kinds of pipes and the oil phase decreased with the increase of temperature. The amount of adhesive oil in coated steel pipe decreased the most, the contact angle with the two kinds of shale oil decreased by 60.2° and 64°, respectively, and the adhesion thickness between the coated steel pipe and the two kinds of shale oil decreased by 1.45 mm and 1.16 mm, respectively. Pre-lubrication enhanced hydrophilicity, weakened lipophilicity and decreased oil phase adhesion of the three kinds of pipes. Pre-lubrication of coated steel pipes reduced the adhesive wall thickness of shale oil well 151# and well 020# by 1.35 mm and 1.13 mm, respectively. The wettability and flow friction of shale oil could be improved by heating or pre-lubrication of coated steel pipe. After corrosion, surface roughness increased and wettability changed. The contact angles between the steel pipe and 151# shale oil before and after corrosion were 91.5° and 63.8°, and the contact angles between the steel pipe and 020# shale oil were 90.5° and 42.7°, respectively. After corrosion, the steel pipe changed from oleophobic to lipophilic. The relationship between solid surface energy and adhesion work and contact angle was analyzed and it was found that the larger the surface energy and adhesion work were, the smaller the contact angle between solid and liquid was.The effect laws of different factors on the fluid-solid interface contact angle and adhesion of oil gathering pipelines are tested and analyzed, providing basic data and reference for the selection of oil field gathering and transportation pipelines based on wettability and adhesion, thus greatly reducing energy losses in the gathering and transportation process.
