目的 研究纳米填料复合氧化镧对汽车摩擦片摩擦磨损性能的影响。方法 采用热压成型工艺制备CaSiO3、纳米SiC、纳米B4C复合氧化镧增强汽车摩擦片，将摩擦试样在100~350 ℃条件下进行摩擦磨损实验。采用XRD、EDS、SEM和三维非接触式表面形貌仪表征摩擦试样磨损前后的物相组成、化学成分和微观结构。分析不同纳米填料的摩擦片的摩擦磨损演变规律，探究纳米填料在摩擦磨损过程中的作用机制。结果 纳米SiC填料试样的高温摩擦系数明显提高，300、350 ℃时分别为0.49和0.5;磨损率较大，最大值高达0.35×10^?7 cm³/(N.m);试样磨损面较平整，磨痕较浅。纳米B4C填料试样的摩擦系数不高，较稳定;高温磨损率低，300 ℃时为0.2×10^?7 cm³/(N.m);试样磨损面较光滑，磨痕最浅。结论 纳米B4C填料试样中的硼氧化物提高了界面润滑性，磨损面形貌质量最好，高硬度的细小颗粒强化了材料的机械啮合力，提高了摩擦磨损性能。纳米SiC硬质颗粒在磨损过程中容易脱落，易对磨损面造成损伤，加剧磨损。

The work aims to study the effect of nano fillers composited lanthanum oxide on the friction and wear properties of auto friction plates. CaSiO3, nano SiC and nano B4C composited lanthanum oxide reinforced auto friction plates were fabricated by hot pressing, and the friction samples were tested at 100~350 ℃. The phase composition, chemical composition and microstructure of the friction samples were analyzed by XRD, EDS, SEM and 3D non-contact surface morphology instrument. The evolution law of the nano-fillers on the friction and wear of friction plates was summarized and the mechanism of action in the process of friction and wear was explored. The friction coefficient of the sample with nano SiC fillers at high temperature increased obviously, which was 0.49 at 300 ℃ and 0.5 at 350 ℃ respectively, but the wear rate was high and the maximum value was high as 0.35×10?7 cm3/(N.m). The wear surface of the sample was relatively flat and the wear marks were shallow. The friction coefficient of the sample with nano B4C fillers was low and relatively stable. The wear rate at high temperature was low, which was 0.2×10?7 cm3/(N.m) at 300 ℃. The wear surface of the sample was smooth and the wear marks were the shallowest. The interface lubricity is improved by the boron oxide in the sample with nano B4C fillers, and the wear surface morphology and quality are the best. The small particles with high hardness have enhanced the mechanical meshing force of the material. The friction and wear properties have been improved. Hard particles of nano SiC fall off easily in the process of wear, causing damage to the wear surface and increasing wear.
