目的 研究金属偶极子的堆叠方式及体积分数对金属偶极子阵列/塑胶基体复合材料在 X 波段的介电性能的影响。方法 采用激光切割技术制备二维周期金属偶极子（尺寸 1 mm×0.05 mm）阵列薄片，以三种不同的方式堆叠成为金属偶极子阵列/塑胶复合材料。采用矢量网络分析仪对复合材料的等效复介电常数（ε‘和ε"）进行测试。采用 ansoft HFFSS软件对偶极子上的电场分布进行模拟。 结果 该复合材料的ε‘值随着金属偶极子体积分数的增大而增大，通过调整偶极子体积分数和堆叠方式，该复合材料的ε‘值在 3~83 范围内调节，在该范围内，复合材料的ε"值很小（通常小于 4）。 结论 根据实际应用的具体需求，可以设计出具有可调ε‘值同时具有低ε"值的材料。

Objective To investigate the effect of the stacking type and volume fraction of the metal dipoles on the dielectric properties of the metal dipole arrays/plastics composites in X-band. Methods The laser carving technique was used to fabricate the sheets with two-dimensionally periodical arrays of metal dipoles (with the size of 1 mm×0.05 mm). The sheets were stacked with three different types to render the metal dipole arrays/plastics composites. The effective complex permittivities (both ε‘ and ε") of the composites were tested by Network Analyzer. The distribution of the electric field on dipoles was simulated by the ansoft HFSS software. Results It was shown that the value of ε′ of the composites increased with the rising volume fraction of the metal dipoles, and could be adjusted in the range from 3~83 by the volume fraction of the metal dipoles and the stacking type; and that ε" of the composites was maintained at very low values-mostly less than 4 in this large variation range of ε‘. Conclusion Depending on the specific requirement of a practical application, a kind of materials with adjustable ε‘ simultaneously keeping low values of ε" can be designed.
