摘要

目的 研究等离子射流特性,提高射流品质,为工程实践提供支撑。 方法 通过响应曲面法,以粒子速度和温度为指标反映射流特性的变化,采用 Box-Behnken-Design (BBD)设计分析电流(I)、主气流量(Q)以及次级气比例(C)对于射流特性的影响规律及其相互作用关系。 结果 对粒子速度的影响因素排序为 QAr>I>C,对粒子温度的影响因素排序为 I>QAr>C。 该喷嘴下实现最佳加热效应的参数为:主气流量 80 L/ min、电流 450 A、次级气比例 22. 5% 。 实现射流最佳加速效应的离子气及电参数为:主气流量140 L/ min、次级气比例 15% 、电流 400 A。 在射流最佳加速效应对应参数下制备的 AT40 涂层均匀致密、孔隙少。 结论 运用响应曲面法分析和解决等离子射流特性影响问题具有科学性和可操作性,能够有效指导涂层制备。

Abstract

Objective To study the characteristics of the plasma jet, improve the quality of the jet, and provide support for engineering practice. Methods Using the response surface methodology, the particle velocity and temperature were used as indexes to reflect changes in the jet characteristics. Box-Behnken design (BBD) was used to analyze the influencing law of electric current, main gas flux and secondary gas proportion on the jet characteristics and the parameter interactions. Results The results indicated that the particle velocity had the greatest effect on argon flow rate,followed by electric current and secondary gas ratio. To achieve optimal heating effects of plasma jet, the gas and electrical parameters matching scheme under the nozzle were: main gas flux 80 L / min, current 450 A, secondary gas ratio 22. 5% , whereas the parameters for optimal acceleration effect were: main gas flux 140 L / min, current 400 A, secondary gas ratio 15% . The AT40 coating prepared under the corresponding parameters of the optimal jet acceleration effect was uniform and compact, with low porosity. Conclusion It is scientific and reliable to use response surface methodology to study the characteristics of the plasma jet, and it can provide effective guidance in coating preparation.
