Abstract

The research progress in plasma spray coating materials on the titanium alloy substrates was reviewed. The plasma ceramic wear resistant coating, solid lubrication coating, biological activity coating and functional coating on the surface of titanium alloy were briefied. And the development trends of the plasma spray coating materials on the titanium alloys substrates was given.
