Abstract

This experiment adjusted different polymerization monomer ratio to prepare polyaniline / pyrrole conductive copolymer doped with SSA by chemical oxidative polymerization in the condition of sulfosalicylic acid ( SSA) system and ammonium persulfate ( APS) as oxidizing agents. The molecular structure, microstructure and ordering degree were analyzed by FTIR, SEM and XRD test means. The anti-corrosion properties of PANI / PY-SSA for low carbon steel material were studied by using the Tafel polarization curve method and EIS impedance spectrum after filling the conductive copolymer into EP resin at the same time. The results show that the abilities of metal protection of PANI have been improved apparently by PY copolymerizing,and the anti-corrosion property of PANI / PY-SSA is the best when n ( AN) 颐 n ( PY) = 3 颐 7 , Ecorr is-0 . 335 V, Jcorris 7 . 972 A / cm2, RCis 2 . 103 X105Ω·cm2, CCis 1 . 646 X10-8F / cm2.
