Abstract

For the measurement base with small hole, it needs processing of high-precision and quenching hardness of 55 HRC. Ordinary cutting work is trapped in some of the specific structure and shape. The process of " anticarburizing copper plating-carburizing and quenching-small-hole machining" was used meeting the requirements of measurement base processed by common equipment using commonly used cutter and cutting. Some problems of machining process can be solved with application of surface treatment technology in the mechanical processing.
