Abstract

The SAMs of twelve fluorine heptyl propyl silane three oxygen radicals was prepared by self-assembly( SA) methods. In the study, discussing and optimizing conditions to enhance corrosion protection of metals. The surface morphology of the SAMs were token by SEM,the corrosion resistance of the SAMs were researched by the methods of polarization curve and EIS. The results showed that compared with aluminum alloy matrix, corrosion current density decreased by 3 orders of magnitude and electrochemical impedance was increased near 1 times. So the SAMs had better anti-corrosion property on aluminum alloy than bare Aluminum alloy.

Key words
