Abstract

The passivation solution made from inorganic compound-organic composite was prepared from using silane coupling agents KH560 and KH602 , added TiOSO4and Na3VO4in the modified H2O2. The corrosion resistance of the passivated coating was preformed by Tafel polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS) , and neutral salt spray test ( NSST) , the film adhesion performance was evaluated by the adhesion test experimental, and the surface structure and morphology were studied with a scanning electron microscope ( SEM) compared to three specimen. The experimental results show that addition of inorganic compounds can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of passivation film and denseness, thereby forming the passivation film with perfect corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, uniform surface, and dense structure.
