Abstract

The T-ZnOw was modified by the chemical deposition method. The modified sample was characterized by XRD, SEM and EDX. The results show that there are cubic system metal iron and hexagonal wurtzite ZnO in the sample. The modified sample really keeps the intactt etrapod structure and its surface is coated fully by spherical iron particles about 0.5μm in diameter. The weight fraction of iron element and zinc element in the modified sample are 63% and 37% respectively. Saturation magnetization and resistivity of the modified sample are 85.66 emu/g and 6.9Ω·cm, respectively.
