Abstract

Composite electrodeposition technology with non-line-of-sight and low energy consumption is promising in preparing Ni-CrAlY coatings. The composite amount of CrAlY particles is one of the most important parameters that determine the coating performance. This experiment studied the influence law and mechanism of CrAlY powder granularity on the composite amount of composite electrodeposited Ni-CrAlY coating, and explored the method to accurately measure the composite amount of CrAlY in the coating using image software.
