Abstract

In order to prepare composites with both microwave absorption and corrosion resistance. KH560 was used to modify the CIPs, composites materials with the volume ratio of modified CIPs of 0%, 15%, 20%, 25% were prepared. FTIR, SEM, XRD, VNA and other modern testing techniques were used to analyze the microscopic characteristics and electromagnetic properties of the prepared composites materials. The relationship between the volume fraction of different CIP and the electromagnetic absorption and corrosion resistance of the composites was studied. When the volume ratio of CIPs was 20%, the microwave absorbing performance and anti-corrosion performance of the sample were better matched, and the overall performance was the best. The composites had good absorption performance in a wide range, as the bandwidth with reflection loss less than ?10 dB reached 4.2 GHz at a thickness of about 2.1 mm, and a maximum reflection loss of ?42.5 dB at about 2.4 mm. In addition, there was no obvious change for electromagnetic performance in 7 days under acid and salt environment, showing good corrosion resistance. CIPs powder with excellent microwave absorption performance was compounded with epoxy resin with excellent corrosion resistance. By adjusting the volume proportion of flake CIP, the permeability and dielectric constant of the material are improved, and good impedance matching is realized. The prepared composite materials have good microwave absorption performance and corrosion resistance.
