Abstract

The work aims to preparation prepare a self-repairing superhydrophobic coating with a self-similar double-layer structure.The epoxy resin, neutral silicone glue and hydrophobic nano-SiO2 are mixed to prepare the coating bottom layer. Nano-SiO2 is mixed with absolute ethanol to obtain the coating surface layer. A two-step dip coating method is used to prepare a self-healing function on the surface of the slide self-similar double-layer superhydrophobic coating. The microscopic morphology, molecular structure and wettability of the composite coating were characterized by scanning electron microscope, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and contact angle measuring instrument. The mechanical stability, chemical stability and self- cleaning ability of the composite coating were investigated. The results showed that the prepared double-layer superhydrophobic coating has good superhydrophobic properties and self-repairing ability. The static water contact angle of the coating reaches 156°±1.8°. After 30 cycles of mechanical abrasion, the surface layer is completely destroyed and the bottom layer is exposed. At this time, the coating contact angle is 125°±1°. By heating at 130 ℃ for 1 h, The contact angle of the coating reaches 157°±1.6°, and the superhydrophobic ability is restored; at the same time, the prepared coating has excellent acid resistance and self-cleaning ability, and has the self-repair ability after alkaline damage and water impact damage. In conclusion, the construction of the self-similar double-layer structure enables the superhydrophobic coating to have self-repairing ability, which effectively improves the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and water impact resistance of the superhydrophobic coating.
