Abstract

To improve the binding force and biological activity of biomedical titanium alloy coatings. In this paper, nanometer oxide tube was prepared on the surface of the Ti-10Mo-28Nb-3Zr-6Ta alloy by anodizing method, and then HA biological coating was sprayed on the surface of the nano-oxide layer by plasma spraying method. the composite coating of HA/MO nanotubes was prepared to modify the surface of the alloy. During the preparation of the composite coating by plasma spraying, the microstructure and phase composition of the coating were investigated by changing the spraying voltage and spraying distance, and the optimum preparation process parameters were obtained. The corrosion resistance, adhesion, bioactivity and cytotoxicity of the composite coating were evaluated by electrochemical workstation test, automatic scratch tester test, biomimetic mineralization test and MTT method (tetrazolium salt colorimetric method). On the premise of anodizing pretreatment of titanium alloy, HA/MO nanotube composite coating was prepared by plasma spraying. When the spraying voltage was 40 V, the spraying distance was 100 mm, the coating thickness was about 50 μm, and the corrosion resistance of the coating was improved. The binding force of the coating is increased, and the binding force is 14.8 N; HA/MO nanotube composite coating has good biological activity, through the culture of cells for toxicity experiments, HA/MO nanotube composite coating sample toxicity grade 0, no effect on cells, and from the cell proliferation rate analysis, the sample showed excellent cell activity, the best effect on cell growth rate promotion. HA/MO nanotube composite coating can effectively improve the corrosion resistance and bonding strength of the coating, while improving the biological activity of the material.
