Abstract

The work aims to identify main influencing factors of anticorrosive coating quality by studying and analyzing pipeline data of Technical Test Center of Shengli Oilfield detected in 2014 and 2015. With proportion of coating length with poor grades to pipe length as reference sequence, impact of factors including service life, operating temperature, operating pressure, soil depth and soil resistivity on anticorrosive coating quality were analyzed in the method of grey relation analysis. According to the data analysis, operating temperature and operating period were closely related to anticorrosive coating, the influencing law of two factors on anticorrosive coating quality was analyzed. The correlation rank of the oilfield anticorrosive coating quality is: operating temperature > operating years > burial depth > soil resistivity > operating pressure. Poor grade coating accounts for larger proportion in the pipeline with operating temperature of 50~70 ℃. Anticorrosive coating of pipelines within this temperature range shall be key detection object during pipeline detection. For pipelines having operating for more than 20 years, the poor grade coating accounts for greater proportion and pipeline coatings are seriously aged. Detection cycle shall be shortened during detection, and coating breakage shall be repaired in a timely and reasonable manner.
