摘要

综述了高熵合金涂层的设计理念、制备方法和性能研究的进展。 介绍了高熵合金金属涂层、化合物涂层和复合涂层的性能特点。 高熵合金涂层表现出高强度、高硬度、耐高温、耐磨性和耐腐蚀等优异性质,有望在工具、刀具、模具等方面得到应用。

Abstract

Research progress of high entropy alloys, including design concept, synthesis methods and the main properties, are summarized in this paper. The properties of metal coating, compound coating and composite coating are reviewed. HEA coatings present different properties from traditional coatings, especially in the strength, hardness,high temperature stability, wear and corrosion resistance, which have important academic research value and potential application in instruments, cutting tools and moulds.
