摘要

目的 研制耐油缩孔电泳涂料。 方法 制备一种可低温解封的封闭异氰酸酯,将其与常规交联剂复配构架阶梯固化体系,研究不同复配比例对漆膜外观、刀片刃部漆膜厚度、耐油缩孔性能、耐盐雾性能等的影响。 结果 低温交联剂添加量为阳离子树脂总质量的 1 . 0% ~ 1 . 5% 时,阴极电泳漆膜外观良好,耐油缩孔及耐盐雾性能优良。 添加量为 1 . 5% 时,漆膜无油缩孔出现,耐盐雾可达 1032 h 以上,耐锐边腐蚀可达 1 级。 结论 适当添加低温交联剂可显著提高电泳漆膜的耐油缩孔性能。

Abstract

Objective The preparation of oil shrinkage cavity-resisting cathodic electrodeposition coating was introduced. Methods A blocked polyisocyanate with low deblocking temperature was prepared. It was quantitatively added as crosslinking agent for cathodic electrodeposition coatings. Then the oil shrinkage cavity-resisting performance, corrosion performance, and the appearance of coating film were investigated. Results The results showed that the suitable addition amount was 1 . 0 % ~ 1 . 5 % of the total cationic resin weight . The coating film had good appearance. The oil shrinkage cavity-resisting performance was excellent, and even no oil shrinkage cavity appeared when the addition amount was 1 . 5 % . The salt spray resistance reached up to 1032 h and the sharp edge corrosion resistance achieved up to level 1 . Conclusion Adding the appropriate low-temperature crosslinking agent can significantly improve the oil shrinkage cavity-resisting performance of electrophoretic paint film.
