摘要
以天然壳聚糖( CS) 和海藻酸钠( SA) 为原料,在 CaCl2 作用下,制备了壳聚糖-海藻酸钠( CS-SA)吸附剂。 采用红外光谱仪对 CS-SA 吸附剂官能团进行表征,表明壳聚糖和海藻酸钠之间产生了静电吸引作用。以含低浓度 Cr( VI) 的电镀废水为处理对象,考察了 CS-SA 用量、吸附时间和 pH 值对 CS-SA 吸附性能的影响,同时对吸附动力学进行了研究。 结果表明:当 pH = 6 ,吸附时间为 120 min,CS-SA 用量为 0 . 15 g 时,离子去除率最高,达到了 98 . 86% ;吸附动力学最符合拟二级动力学方程。 解吸-再生实验表明,CS-SA 吸附剂可以再生使用。
Abstract
A new kind of chitosan-sodium alginate absorbent was prepared using natural products chitosan and sodium alginate as raw material in the presence of CaCl2 . The functional groups of the CS-SA absorbent was characterized by FT-IR. The results show that chitosan and sodium alginate produce electrostatic attraction. The effects of CS-SA dosage, adsorption time and pH on adsorption property for low concentration Cr ( VI ) in electroplating wastewater were studied, and corresponding adsorption kinetics was investigated. The experimental results show that the adsorption rate can reaches 98 . 86 % under the optimal conditions of dosage 0 . 15 g, absorption time 120 min and pH 6 . The absorption kinetics accords with the pseudo-second-order equation. The desorption-regeneration experiment reveals that CS-SA adsorbent can regenerate and be reused.
