摘要

采用高速电弧喷涂技术在 16 MnR 钢基体上制备 Zn,Al 合金涂层,针对其实际应用环境,设计并通过模拟洞室膨润土填埋环境的加速腐蚀实验对涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行研究。 结果表明:随着加速腐蚀时间的延长,Zn,Al 系合金涂层的腐蚀速率降低;Zn,Al 系合金涂层对 16MnR 钢的防护作用明显,起到了牺牲阳极的阴极保护作用;与 Zn 涂层和 Zn-Al 合金涂层相比,Al 涂层表现出较优的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract

Zn, Al alloy coatings were prepared by high velocity arc spraying technology on 16 MnR steel substrates. With the design accelerated corrosion test, the corrosion resistance of the Zn,Al alloy coating in the bentonite of grotto environment was studied. The results show that prolong time of the accelerated corrosion test, the corrosion rate of the Zn,Al alloy coating descend. The Zn,Al coatings actes as the sacrificial anode protecting the 16 MnR steel substrate and prominence of corrosion resistance. Al coating corrosion resistance is better than others on 16 MnR steel .
