摘要

在加入 10% 石英砂的 3 . 5% NaCl 溶液中,对 N80 钢进行了冲刷腐蚀试验。 通过失重法计算了腐蚀速率,观察了宏观、微观腐蚀形貌,对腐蚀后的表面进行了 EDS 分析,据此研究了 pH 值对冲刷腐蚀的影响和冲刷腐蚀机理。 结果表明:随着 pH 值的升高,N80 钢的冲刷腐蚀速率降低;pH 较低( 2 或 3 ) 时,为均匀腐蚀,pH 值升高后,出现了氧化。

Abstract

The erosion and corrosion resistance and behavior of the N80 steel in 3 . 5 wt . % NaCl and 10 wt . % solid particle solutions were investigated. The corrosion rate of the N80 steel was studied by weight-loss method, the macrography and micromorphology were observed, and the corrsion surface was analyzed by EDS. Based on the above the effect of pH valve on erosion and corrosion and mechansim of erosion and corrosion were studied. The results show that the corrosion rate of N80 steel decrease , with increasing pH values. And the corrosion mechanism are uniform corrosion when pH = 2 ,3 . And oxidation appears when pH value increases.
