摘要

模拟长庆苏里格油田的液体环境,并通入 CO2,采用腐蚀失重法,对比研究了普通 3 Cr 钢和碳钢在高温高压和常温常压两种条件下的腐蚀行为。 结果表明:该模拟腐蚀环境中,3 Cr 钢和碳钢在常温常压条件下的腐蚀速率分别为 0 . 118 mm / a 及 0 . 408 mm / a,碳钢的腐蚀速率是 3 Cr 钢的 3 倍多;当温度和压力提高后,3 Cr 钢的腐蚀速率为 1 . 59 mm / a,与碳钢的 1 . 54 mm / a 相当。

Abstract

In simulating Changqing Sulige oilfield environment and importing CO2, corrosion weight loss method was used to contrastive study the corrosion behavior of ordinary 3 Cr and carbon steel at high temperature high pressure and normal pressure and temperature conditions. The results show that in the simulating corrosion environment, the corrosion rate of 3 Cr steel and carbon steel at the normal temperature and pressure respectively is 0 . 118 mm / a and 0 . 408 mm / a, while the corrosion rate of carbon steel is three times than 3 Cr steel . When the temperature and pressure increase, the corrosion rate of 3 Cr steel is 1 . 59 mm / a, which is approximately same with the carbon steel of 1 . 54 mm / a.
