摘要

在综述镁合金微弧氧化机理和工艺参数影响因素的基础上,对比了现有的几种微弧氧化工艺。同时概述了用于微弧氧化后处理的几种羟基磷灰石纳米涂层合成技术,包括电化学沉积法、电泳沉积法、预钙化处理的研究现状,并对合成羟基磷灰石的制备工艺进行了展望。

Abstract

Within this review, based on the mechanism and effect factor of technological parameter of micro-arc oxidation( MAO) , the existing technologies of MAO were comparied. The progresses in preparation of nano-hydroxyapatite on MAO coating by post-processing technologies supported on magnesium substrate including electrodeposited technique, electrophoresis deposition and pre-calcification procedure were summarized. The prospect of the preparation of synthesis of hydroxyapatite was forecasted.
