摘要

通过正交试验,优化了304 不锈钢焊管环保型酸洗钝化工艺,并利用电化学测试方法评价了最优工艺对304 不锈钢焊管的钝化效果。优化的钝化工艺配方为:柠檬酸、双氧水、无水乙醇的质量分数分别为3%,5%和2. 5%,钝化温度40 ℃,钝化时间30 min。此钝化工艺可大大提高304 不锈钢焊管的耐点蚀能力。

Abstract

Environment-friendly pickling and passivation process of welded pipes of 304 stainless steel was studied by means of orthogonal test, its passivation influence on welded pipes of 304 stainless steel was evaluated with electrochemical test.The best passivation formula selected from the orthogonal test is 3% citric acid, 5% hydrogen peroxide, 2. 5% absolute ethyl alcohol, 40 ℃, 30 min, and could obviously improve the pitting corrosion resistance of welded pipes of 304 stainless steel.
