摘要

为探索织物无钯活化化学镀银方法,以戊二醛交联壳聚糖作为织物预处理剂,探讨了壳聚糖交联时间、交联剂和壳聚糖用量、烘焙温度等对化学镀银锦纶织物的方阻和沉积速率的影响,并获得优化工艺。分析表明:用交联壳聚糖处理锦纶织物,最终得到的化学镀银层致密且与织物结合牢固,镀银织物的方阻也较小。

Abstract

To discuss electroless silver plating without palladium, the glutaraldehyde crosslinked chitosan was acted as pretreating agent. The influence of crosslinking time, the concentration of cross linking agent and chitosan, baking temperature on the deposition rate and square resistance of electroless silver polyamide fibre was disscussed, then optimized technology was obtained. The analysis shows that polyamide fibre deposited crosslinked chitosan obtains thick and firm adherence electroless silver coating, and lower square resistance .
