对TA15 钛合金开展海洋平台户外大气暴露试验和海水飞溅试验,研究了海洋大气环境对钛合金断裂韧度的影响。结果表明:TA15 钛合金的断裂韧度随海洋环境试验时间的延长,呈下降趋势;海水飞溅试验对材料断裂韧度的影响较大,经4 年试验后,TA15 的断裂韧度下降了10. 4%,断口形貌显示材料的脆性增加。同时通过XPS 分析,探讨了合金表面氧化层扩散产生的近表面效应。

The effect of marine environment on fracture toughness for TA15 titanium alloy was studied by marine platform outdoor exposure test and marine splashing test. The results show that the fracture toughness for TA15 titanium alloy decreases with increasing marine atmosphere environment test time. The effect of marine splashing test for fracture toughness is bigger than marine platform outdoor exposure test. The fracture toughness of TA15 decreases 10. 4% after 4 year爷s marine splashing test,the embrittlement increases by fracture morphology analysis. The near surface effects were discussed by XPS,most likely to be the diffusion of oxygen into the alloy.
