摘要

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯( BA)、过氧化二苯甲酰( BPO) 及N-N 二甲基苯胺(DMA)为原料,合成了一种新型无溶剂防水涂料。采用DTA-TG 联用技术,结合涂膜性能,对反应热力学过程进行了研究。通过对反应过程中质量损失及反应热的探讨,选择了蜡类表面封闭助剂改善涂层固化初期由于热效应导致的严重质量损失现象。实验表明,加入适量固体蜡可改善涂膜性能,显著降低MMA 防水涂料在使用过程中的VOC 排放量,保证MMA/ BA 成膜的反应完全性。

Abstract

MMA waterproof coating based on the self-restraint acrylic pre-polymer, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, BPO and DMA were prepared. The thermodynamics of process were invested through DTA-TG and properties of film. Mass loss and reaction heat were studied. Solid paraffin as surface blocker was introduced to ameliorate the weight loss of coating in solidification process. The results show that moderate solid paraffin can improve the performance of the coating,reduce the emission of VOC in using MMA waterproof coating and ensure completeness and application performance of the reaction.
