摘要

针对铸钛合金材料和焊接组合件的特点,优化铸钛合金组合零件的阳极氧化工艺。在普通钛合金阳极化工艺的基础上,采用正交试验优化了氧化时间、氧化溶液温度、氧化最终电压、氧化前处理酸腐蚀时间等工艺参数。验证试验及试生产结果表明,优化的工艺条件能够满足产品的质量要求。

Abstract

According to the characteristics of cast titanium alloy and welding assembly, the anodizing processes of cast titanium alloy weldments were optimized. On the basis of normal titanium alloy anodization, these process parameter such as anodization time, anodization solution temperature,anodization voltage and the acid corrosion time before anodization and so on for cast titanium alloy weldment were optimized. This conclusion shows that the optimized process conditions meet the demands of production quality.
