摘要

从化学动力学角度,对涤纶织物表面化学镀镍铁合金的沉积速率进行了初步探讨,研究了镀液中各组分浓度及镀液pH 值、温度对沉积速率的影响,通过拟合实验数据,算得沉积反应的活化能、反应级数、速率常数,最终得出动力学方程式。该动力学方程式对生产实践具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

Based on the chemical kinetic aspect the deposition rate of Ni-Fe alloy on the polyester fabric was studied. The effect of component concentration, pH valve of plating solution and temperature on the deposition rate was studied. The activation energy, reaction orders and rate constant were determined, and the deposition rate equation was also derived. The attained equation is significant for production.
