摘要

采用电化学沉积法于金属基体上制备Ni-P基复合膜,研究了复合膜表面修饰低表面能物质FAS后的润湿性能。对所制备的复合膜的显微结构和成分进行表征,并考察了TiO2 纳米粒子的加入对Ni-P基复合膜表面形貌和润湿性能的影响。结果表明:未添加TiO2 纳米粒子的Ni-P复合膜表面比较平坦,而Ni-P-TiO2 复合膜的表面呈现粗糙结构,经表面修饰后,Ni-P-TiO2 复合膜的疏水性能优于Ni-P复合膜。

Abstract

The Ni-based composite coatings were prepared through electrochemical deposition method, and their wettabilities were studied after modified with low-surface-energy material FAS. The morphology and component of asprepared coatings were characterized and the effect of TiO2 nanoparticles on morphology and wettability was investigated. The results indicated that the Ni-P-TiO2 coating displayed micro- and nano-structure and Ni-P coating had a more flat surface. The Ni-P-TiO2 coating showed better superhydrophobicity than Ni-P composite coating after modified with FAS.
