摘要
采用不同于传统方法的超声波振荡法,用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对高岭土进行插层处理,大大缩短了插层所需的时间,并获得比较理想的插层效果。首次采用正交法对影响插层率的四种因素进行综合考虑,列出试验方案,并按照方案制得样品,根据自行设计的衡量插层效果的方法,对比样品的插层效果,并优化出最优因素组合。对插层高岭土进行了表征,结果表明,插层后的高岭土分散较好,而且粒径更小,更均匀。
Abstract
DMSO was used to intercalate kaolin by means of ultrasonic oscillation which was different from traditional method, this could shorten the intercalation time greatly, and high intercalation effect was obtained. This paper considered four factors together in the experiment and made the experimental tabulations by means of orthogonal method, then made several groups of samples. The paper contrasted the effect of intercalation using orthogonal table of volume method and optimized the best factor combination. At the same time, the compound was investigated by micro-picture pick-up system. The microscope images indicated that the dispersity of kaolin intercalated was better and the particle size was smaller and more uniform.
