摘要

采用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备WC-CrNi涂层,研究了自配副磨损和三体磨损条件下,涂层的滑动磨损性能,并分析了涂层磨损前后的形貌及成分变化。结果表明:WC-CrNi涂层组织致密、结构均匀;两种磨损条件下,涂层的摩擦系数相差较大,三体磨损时,涂层损伤严重,由于配副接触面间第三体存在增加了摩擦阻力,使得摩擦系数稳定性变差;涂层在两种磨损条件下的磨损机制有所不同,自配副时的磨损机制为WC层状剥离,三体磨损下则以微切削并伴随塑性变形为主。

Abstract

WC-CrNi coating was deposited by HVOF technique. The sliding wear resistance of coating was investigated under self-matching frication couple and three body wear conditions, the morphology and composition change before and after wear were analyzed. The results showed that WC-CrNi coating had more homogeneous, dense microstructure owing to HVOF technique. WC-CrNi coating exhibited great differences in frictionco efficients under two wear conditions. Friction coefficient of coating was not stable, owing to the formation of three body wear increasing frictional resistance, and it experienced a severer worn. The wear mechanism of the coating under both wear conditions was different. The wear mechanism was WC layered peel under self-matching frication couple, the main abrasion model after three body wear were micro-cutting and plastic deformation.
