摘要

目的 改善氟化石墨烯在水性环氧树脂涂层中的分散性,增强涂层的耐腐蚀性能。方法 受贻贝黏附蛋白的启发,以多巴胺为修饰单体,通过原位聚合生长在氟化石墨烯(FG)表面形成聚多巴胺(PDA)层,从而对FG进行功能化修饰。随后,将FG@PDA作为填料添加到水性环氧树脂(WEP)涂层中,制备了FG@PDA/WEP复合涂层。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对FG@PDA的化学组成和微观结构等进行了表征分析,并通过电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试等评估了涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果 多巴胺通过自聚合均匀生长在FG片层表面形成聚多巴胺纳米颗粒,明显提高了FG在乙醇溶剂中的分散稳定性。添加0.5%~ 1%(质量分数)FG@PDA复合材料的FG@PDA/WEP复合涂层在浸泡10 d后,其低频阻抗模量(|Z|f=0.01 Hz)显著高于纯WEP涂层,保持在108 Ω.cm2以上。结论 聚多巴胺的引入提供了丰富的反应活性位点,增强了FG与树脂基质的界面相互作用,从而显著提高了涂层的防护性能。

Abstract

Fluorinated graphene, a novel member of the graphene family, retains the characteristic two-dimensional layered structure of graphene and exhibits distinctive properties such as hydrophobicity, wear resistance, and electrical insulation. These attributes make it an excellent candidate for enhancing the corrosion and wear resistance of organic coatings. However, improving its dispersibility within resin matrices poses a significant challenge, given that fluorinated graphene often exhibits poor dispersion and a propensity to agglomerate and stack in organic matrices. Achieving a uniform and stable dispersion is crucial for maximizing its anticorrosion effectiveness.
