摘要

目的 改善摩擦副润滑性能,研究考虑表面粗糙度时复合微织构参数对推力轴承性能的影响,同时通过实验进一步说明复合微织构的减摩作用机理。方法 建立表面粗糙度模型、复合微织构的水膜厚度方程和推力轴承的广义雷诺方程,研究不同复合微织构形状和排列方式推力轴承的性能。通过摩擦磨损实验验证复合微织构形状对轴承润滑性能的影响。结果 复合微织构有效改善了摩擦副的摩擦学性能,在15种复合微织构和2种单一织构中,复合微织构的承载性能均优于单一鱼形和圆形织构,圆形复合鱼形微织构具有较好的润滑性能;当不同微织构沿周向排列时获得了较好的润滑参数,相较于径向排列,其承载力提升了45.45%;考虑表面粗糙度时,轴承的润滑性能得到提高,当尺度系数为0.002 2、分维系数为2.6时,轴承获得了较好的润滑性能,相较于未考虑粗糙度时其承载力得到提高。结论 实验得出与理论相同的结论,圆形复合鱼形微织构具有较好的承载力和减摩性能,合适的复合微织构参数可以有效提高水润滑推力轴承的润滑性能,降低摩擦因数。

Abstract

Surface micro texture technology is a technology to improve the surface lubrication performance of friction pairs. The research on the micro texture thrust bearing mainly focuses on the effect of roughness on the lubrication performance of bearings or the effect of single micro texture on the lubrication performance of bearings. To improve the lubrication performance of friction pairs, the effect of different composite micro-texture parameters on the performance of thrust bearings considering roughness was studied. At the same time, experiments were used to further illustrate the anti-friction mechanism of the micro-texture. Based on the surface roughness model, water film thickness equation of composite micro-texture and the generalized Reynolds equation of thrust bearings, the performance of thrust bearings with different composite micro-texture shapes and arrangements was studied. The effect of composite micro-texture shapes on bearing lubrication performance was verified by friction experiments.
