摘要

目的 探究填充不同浓度的无机填料掺铜(Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ对柔性磁性薄膜的影响。方法 以Tb4O7、CuO、MnCO3为原料,通过高温固相法最终得到掺铜(Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ样品。按照不同的质量分数,将掺铜(Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ粉体充分分散于聚乙烯醇溶液中,然后用线棒在已处理的铁板上把含有掺铜(Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ粉体的聚乙烯醇溶液制备成磁性薄膜。通过铅笔硬度测试、画圈附着力测试、粗糙度测试、低温物理性能测试、柔性测试,分别评价磁性薄膜的硬度、附着力、粗糙度、磁性、柔性,并通过XRD衍射仪、X射线能谱仪对物相进行分析。结果 添加掺铜(Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ粉体使涂层刚性变大,柔性减弱,但涂层的附着力保持不变。对比零添加的树脂薄膜,添加掺铜(Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ粉体的薄膜拉伸强度降低。不同质量分数的磁性薄膜顺磁到反铁磁的转变温度相差不大,均在0.1 K左右。结论 掺铜(Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ粉体的加入可以保持薄膜的磁性,同时不降低涂层的附着力。当加入较低添加量的粉体时,薄膜具有较好的柔性。

Abstract

The effect of inorganic fillers copper doped (Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ on flexible magnetic thin films was investigated. Using Tb4O7, CuO and MnCO3 as raw materials, copper doped (Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ was obtained by high temperature solid-state method. The copper doped (Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ powder was fully dispersed in the polyvinyl alcohol solution according to different mass fractions. Then, the polyvinyl alcohol solution containing copper-doped (Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ powder was prepared into magnetic films by wire rod on the treated iron plates. The hardness, adhesion, roughness, magnetism and flexibility of magnetic films were evaluated by pencil hardness test, drawing circle adhesion test, roughness test, low temperature physical properties test and flexibility test, and the phases were analyzed by XRD diffractometer and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer. The addition of copper-doped (Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ powder increases the rigidity and weakens the flexibility of the film, and the adhesion of the film remains unchanged. Compared with the resin film with zero addition, the tensile strength of the film with copper-doped (Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ powder decreased. The transition temperatures from paramagnetic to antiferromagnetic of magnetic films with different mass fractions are almost the same, about 0.1 K.The addition of copper-doped (Tb0.861Mn0.121)MnO3?δ powder can maintain the magnetic properties of the film without reducing the adhesion of the coating. When less powder is added, the film has better flexibility.
