目的 在工况恶劣的船舶柴油机中，运用表面织构技术提高缸套-活塞环的表面摩擦性能。方法 选用实船上的两种缸套-活塞环材料M与W，加工成销盘样式，利用激光打标机在活塞环销上加工圆形凹坑织构，在缸套盘上加工沟槽织构。将未织构化缸套和活塞环与织构化缸套和活塞环互相配对，在RTEC多功能摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验。从摩擦系数、磨损量、磨损形貌、能谱等方面，进行光滑、单一织构与耦合织构减摩性能的对比分析。结果 相比于未织构与单一织构化表面，两种材料的耦合织构均拥有最低的摩擦系数，其中M材料的减摩性能最高增强21.52%，W材料最高增强27.29%。耦合织构还拥有最低的磨损量，使M、W材料的抗磨损能力分别提高81.10%、36.14%。耦合织构能显著降低M、W材料磨损后的表面粗糙度，并提升其润滑油滞留能力。织构内部与接触面的Fe、C分布呈现区域性，在缸套表面磨痕处发现少量Cu元素。结论 沟槽与凹坑织构的耦合作用能有效增强油膜的形成与稳定能力，沟槽与凹坑织构可储存磨屑，提升磨屑捕集效率，防止磨屑持续划伤表面。缸套材料中的Cu与耦合织构协同作用，吸附在表面磨痕处，形成软膜，提高承载能力，降低磨损与粗糙度。

The paper aims to improve the surface performance of cylinder liner-piston ring in marine diesel engine under harsh running conditions by surface texturing. In this paper, two kinds of cylinder liner and piston ring materials (W and M) on the real ship were selected and processed into pin-disc samples. The circular pit texture was processed on the piston ring pin and the groove texture was processed on the cylinder liner disc with the laser marking machine. The friction and wear tests were carried out on the RTEC multi-functional friction and wear tester by matching non-textured cylinder liners and piston rings with textured cylinder liners and piston rings. The friction reduction performance of smooth, single-textured and coupling-textured surfaces were compared and analyzed from the aspects of friction coefficient, wear loss, wear profile and energy dispersion spectrum. The results showed that, compared with non-textured and single-textured surfaces, the coupling texture of both materials had the lowest friction coefficient. The maximum anti-friction performance of material M was improved by 21.52%; while that of material W was improved by 27.29%. The coupling texture also had the minimum wear loss, which improved the anti-wear performance of material M and W by 81.10% and 36.14% respectively. The coupling texture can significantly reduce the surface roughness of materials M and W after wear and improve their retentivity of lubricating oil. The distribution of Fe and C elements inside the texture and on the contact surface was regional. A small amount of Cu was found on the wear mark of cylinder liner surface. In conclusion, the formation and stability abilities of oil film between the cylinder liner and the piston ring can be effectively enhanced by the coupling effect of groove and pit textures. Groove and pit texture can store debris, improve the efficiency of debris collection, and prevent debris from scratching the surface continuously. Based on the synergistic effect of coupling textures, the Cu from the cylinder liner material is adsorbed on the worn surface and forms a soft film, which improves the carrying bearing capacity, reduces the wear loss and roughness.
