摘要

"目的 为了在产品加工过程中快速选择合适的二硫化钼涂料进行涂覆,对国内目前性能较优异的三种二硫化钼涂料进行相关性能检测。方法 依据 AS5272C《热固型防腐蚀干膜润滑剂采购规范》中规定的试验项目进行检测,包括附着力、耐铝腐蚀、亚硫酸盐雾、中性盐雾、耐高低温、耐液性、耐磨寿命、承载能力、固体含量。结果 HM-1700 二硫化钼涂层除耐磨寿命外,其余性能均符合标准要求,而 HD-02 和HR-7301C 二硫化钼涂层只有耐中性盐雾试验和耐磨寿命不符合标准要求。结论 HD-02 和 HR-7301C 适用于重载、无长时间滑动摩擦的一般腐蚀环境下使用的零件,HM-1700 适用于重载、无长时间滑动摩擦的腐蚀较恶劣环境(尤其是海洋大气环境)下使用的零件。"

Abstract

"The work aims to choose proper MoS2 coatings in the process of product processing by testing performance of three kinds of excellent domestic MoS2 coatings. Those coatings were tested according to test items (including adhesion, alumi-num corrosion resistance, sulfurous acid-salt spray, neutral salt-spray, thermal stability, fluid resistance, friction durability, car-rying capacity and solid content) as specified in AS5272C Procurement Specification of Solid Film, Heat Cured, Corrosion In-hibiting Lubricant. The test results indicated that the properties of HM-1700 MoS2 coating accorded with the requirements of standard except for friction durability. The properties of MoS2 coatings HD-02 and HR-7301C accorded with the requirements of standard except for neutral salt spray test and friction durability. HD-02 and HR-7301C MoS2 coatings are applicable to parts undergoing overload, unabiding sliding friction in common corrosion environment, while HM-1700 MoS2 coating is applicable to parts undergoing overload, unabiding sliding friction in severe corrosion environment (oceanic atmosphere, in particular)."
