摘要

介绍了小孔腐蚀方法在电容器阳极铝箔立方织构含量测定中的应用和小孔腐蚀的电化学特点,同时介绍了电容器铝箔立方织构的形成和特点;模拟计算了多晶体各晶面弹性模量和各晶面原子密度和各晶向原子密度;用材料学的观点说明了小孔腐蚀的方向性和材料晶粒取向性之间的内在联系;通过具体实验进一步验证了小孔腐蚀的方向性和材料晶粒取向性之间的内在关系。

Abstract

The application of pitting in the measuring cubic texture content of Al foil for Aluminum electrolytic capacitor and electrochemical characteristics of pitting were introduced. Formation and feature of cubic texture of Al foil were also discussed. The elastic modulus of crystal plane in polycrystalline materials as well as the atomic density of crystal plane and crystal orientation were simulated and calculated. The inherent relation between material grain orientation and pitting orientation are explored and further proved by experiments.
