摘要

目的 增强B82MnQL材料的抗拉强度。 方法 以B82MnQL盘条作为热镀锌的试验材料,利用拉伸试验机、反复弯曲试验机对其力学性能进行了测试,借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜分析了几种镀锌工艺下的横截面和轴向截面以及拉拔断口的组织形貌,测试了显微硬度。结果 B82MnQL盘条拉拔后钢丝的抗拉强度由原来的1250MPa提高至1670MPa。断面收缩率由32.5%下降至7%。采用新镀锌工艺和助镀配方,B82MnQL钢丝镀锌后抗拉强度下降幅度为8%,低于传统的10-15%,稳定化后B82MnQL的扭转值20次左右,反复弯曲6次左右,强度由1650MPa提高至1710MPa,硬度值比镀锌后有较大提高,由镀锌后的430HV升高至450HV,而且分布均匀。结论 通过镀锌工艺优化,能使B82MnQL盘条的抗拉强度有较大的提高。

Abstract

The B82MnQL wire rod for used as the material for hot dip galvanizing experiment, using tensile testing machine, repeated bending testing machine on the mechanical properties were tested。The microstructure of the cross section、the axial section and the drawing fracture were analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show:The B82MnQL wire rod tensile strength increased from 1250MPa to 1670MPa.The shrinkage rate of the cross section decreased from 32.5% to 7%.Used the new technology and the formula of the assistant plating,the tensile strength of the B82MnQL steel wire after galvanized was decreased by 8%,lower than traditional 10-15%. After stabilization , the B82MnQL"s torsion value about 20 times, repeated bending about 6 times, strength increased from 1710MPa to 1650MPa, The hardness value is higher than that of the galvanized, raised from 430HV to 450HV, and uniformly dispersed.
