Abstract: |
In this paper, the bionic design principles and preparation technologies of bionic non-wetting surfaces (super-hydrophobic surface, super-lubricity surface) and smart self-healing coatings (defect healing type, corrosion inhibition type) are summarized respectively, and the research progress and existing problems in the field of metal corrosion protection are emphatically expounded and discussed. Further, in the recent years, the new strategies for construction of multifunctional anti-corrosion coatings including self-healing super-hydrophobic surface, super-hydrophobic active coating and super-lubricity active coating by combining bionic non-wetting technology with intelligent self-healing technology are reviewed. Finally, the future research focus and development trend of non-wetting surface and self-healing coating technology in the field of metal corrosion control are prospected, hoping to provide useful reference for the design, preparation and anti-corrosion application of bionic surface/coating. |
