Abstract: |
This paper mainly discusses the causes of corona aging on the surface of silicone rubber and the corresponding evaluation methods of corona aging, and introduces the influence of inorganic fillers such as aluminum hydroxide (ATH) on the modification of anti corona aging of silicone rubber surface; The mechanism of UV aging on the surface of silicone rubber and the corresponding evaluation methods of UV aging are summarized. In addition, the effects of light-shielding agents such as titanium dioxide, cerium dioxide and ultraviolet absorbers on the UV radiation aging resistance of silicone rubber surface are discussed; the reasons for thermal aging on the surface of silicone rubber, the corresponding evaluation methods of thermal aging and the common methods to improve the surface heat aging performance of silicone rubber are summarized. The latest research progress of aging surface repair of silicone rubber is discussed. Finally, some problems existing in the research of aging of silicone rubber surface by domestic and foreign scholars are put forward, and the future development direction is prospected. |
