Abstract:
      Diamond is extremely hard and chemically inert. The super-infiltrating surface constructed by diamond film through surface energy and micro-nanostructure regulation is excellently stable and has an important practical application prospect. The characteristics and development status of super-infiltrating materials were summarized, and the design and preparation principle of artificial super-infiltrating surface was introduced, namely that the super-infiltrating interface system was established based on graded micro-nanostructures and surface energy. The preparation principle and method of micro-nanostructure on the diamond surface with super-wettability were summarized, including two synthesis strategies of “top-down” and “bottom-up”. The technological means of template method and template-free method to construct hierarchical micro-nanostructures on diamond surface in each strategy were also introduced respectively. The relationship between the chemical state and the wetting property of diamond surface was summarized, and the influence of oxidation, hydrogenation and fluorination on the wetting property of diamond surface was emphatically analyzed. On this basis, the applications of the super-infiltrating diamond, including nondestructive transfer of corrosive liquid droplets, electrolytic contaminants and biomedical imaging, were reviewed. Finally, the existing problems in the synthesis and application of the super-infiltrating diamond were summarized, the major challenges in its practical application were expounded, and the future development direction of the super-infiltrating diamond in the interdisciplinary field was prospected.
