Abstract: |
Lubrication failure has become one of the main reasons that limit the lifetime of mechanical system in space. Brief review of several methods in space lubrication was presented. Advantages and disadvantages of liquid lubrication were introduced and the mechanisms of liquid lubrication migration was demonstrated. Some effective anti-creep methods were introduced. Application outlook of surface texture in preventing the liquid lubrication migration in space was proposed. |
